He commended Governor Sani for receiving the delegation and acknowledged the contributions of support group leaders and members to the mobilisation exercise.

According to him, the directorate’s responsibility goes beyond organising rallies and processions to include sustained grassroots engagement and communicating the policies and programmes of the Tinubu administration.

“Today’s solidarity walk demonstrates our commitment to organising and coordinating support groups ahead of the campaign. We have brought together members from different groups to demonstrate unity of purpose and strengthen our collective participation in the political process,” Agara said.

He added that the directorate was determined to strengthen its structures and sustain mobilisation efforts ahead of the elections.

“Our task goes beyond carrying flags and participating in processions. We must engage citizens, communicate the policies and programmes of the administration, and ensure that Nigerians understand the issues at stake,” he said.

Agara also disclosed that similar solidarity walks would be organised in every state of the federation ahead of each presidential campaign rally, indicating that the Kaduna exercise was part of a broader nationwide mobilisation strategy.

Among the prominent figures associated with the engagement were former Niger State Deputy Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Mohammed Ketso; former Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu; Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo; North-West Coordinator of the Support Group Directorate, Bafa Dan Agundi; Tosin Shoga; and the directorate’s secretaries, Tosin Adeyanju, Tosin Shogar and Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi.

The solidarity walk formed part of the APC PCC Support Group Directorate’s activities to mobilise supporters and consolidate grassroots participation ahead of the Kaduna rally.
